Morocco is the nearest African country to Europe and the most accessible
Located between the 36th and 28th parallel north, it is separated from Europe by the straits of Gibraltar.
Five aspects to note:
The Atlantic coastline has tides, ocean rollers, and fresh sea breezes.
The Mediterranean coastline has sandy beaches, cliffs, and calm sea.
The Sahara desert.
Several arid and windy plateaux.
The high mountain ranges make an incomparable chain.
In addition, Morocco has unique areas: the hills of the Zaer country, the orchards of the Souss, the forests of oaks, cedars, and Argan trees.
Four mountain chains divide the country from north to south.
